Over the course my years of teaching, I've found that the littlest things make a huge difference for my students.
This year, I have one freshman girl who has dyslexia. I'm making sure she knows audiobooks are an option for assigned reading, and it's not too hard for me to change to the OpenDyslexic font on assignments and reading excerpts. The rest of the class doesn't particularly care one way or another, and it makes things a little easier on her.
It's worth being aware of as a DM, too.
Got a player with dyslexia? There are some dyslexia-friendly character sheets out there you can use.
Do you have a colorblind player? (I am, and, for the record, I love when games offer colorblind options and wish more did.) Keep it in mind as you use your dry erase markers or make handouts or VTT effects.
Got a player with hearing loss? Make sure they get their choice of where to sit so they can hear and see you clearly, and manage side chatter with them in mind.
Things like these might seem insignificant or little, but I guarantee that the little extra effort you make for those players will mean a lot and keep 'em coming back for more.
Besides, it hurts a little less when your character dies if you know your DM cares about you, the person playing it.

How to Monetize Dungeons & Dragons Content… and Not Get Sued! - Flutes Loot
The Flutes Loot article is a great read. Also, it seems I was doing some illegal things here for a minute! Turns out I can’t provide the PDFs of my published adventures directly to paid subscribers. I think I can simply tweak it so I supply y’all with a 100% off discount link instead. I’ll swap to that for now as I continue to do some research on this. Dern legal stuff…
Now get out there and tell a story!
Peace,
Maximilian
